Continuity of Care Requirements at the Family Medicine Center
In addition to the block rotations, all of our residents are required to spend a set amount of time
at our model family practice. At the Family Medicine Center, you will experience first-hand the business side of running
a practice. You will gain invaluable experience in a variety of clinical procedures,
including: soft tissue and joint injections; casting; multiple skin procedures such as punch biopsies,
excisional and incisional biopsies, and cryotherapy; colposcopy; endometrial aspiration; treadmill
exercise stress testing; and other diagnostic tests.
